Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔発明の利用分野〕 本発明は、鋼材など重量物用立体倉庫における
移動装置付入庫ステーシヨンに関するものであ
る。
〔発明の背景〕
鋼材用立体倉庫などの場合、格納する材料の寸
法が一定でなく、また重量が大きいために、入庫
ステーシヨンで材料の位置を２方向で合せなけれ
ばならず、作業は複数の作業者を必要とするとい
う欠点があつた。
〔発明の目的〕
本発明は、１人の作業者でも材料の位置を容易
に合せられる入庫ステーシヨンを得ることを目的
としたものである。
〔発明の概要〕
本発明は、固定ベース上に移動テーブルを移動
可能に設け、該移動テーブルの移動方向の案内面
を有するガイド部を固定ベースに一体とし、かつ
ガイド部上端は移動テーブルより上方にあるよう
にしたことを特徴としている。
〔発明の実施例〕
本発明を図面にもとづいて説明する。第１図に
おいて、格納棚１とスタツカークレーン２によつ
て構成される立体倉庫に材料３を入庫する場合に
は、材料３を入庫ステーシヨン４の上に置き、そ
れをスタツカークレーン２によつて格納棚１へ移
載し保管している。
材料３の寸法や形状が一定であれば、入庫ステ
ーシヨン４にガイドを設けるなどの方法により、
材料３を一定の位置に置くことが可能となるが、
寸法や形状が一定でない場合は、材料３の位置を
入庫ステーシヨン４に対し定められた位置例えば
中心を合せないと、格納棚１に安全に格納できな
くなるという問題があるために、入庫ステーシヨ
ン４に材料３を置く場合、定められた位置に位置
合せするのが困難となる。
第２図、第３図は、本発明による入庫ステーシ
ヨンを示す。本入庫ステーシヨンは固定ベース
５、移動テーブル６およびガイド部７によつて構
成され、固定ベース５の上面には回転自在なホイ
ル８およびサポート９を介してモートルシリンダ
ー１０が取付けられている。移動テーブル６はホ
イル８の上にレール１１を介して設置され、その
下部は、ブラケツト１２によつてモートルシリン
ダー１０と連結されている。
移動テーブル６の上面は材料３を載せる台にな
つており、中央部はスタツカークレーン２のフオ
ーク１３が入るための空間が設けてある。ガイド
部７は固定ベース５と一体構造で、移動テーブル
６の上面より上方まで伸びており、その先端は傾
斜にして材料３を載せやすくしてある。
以上の如く構成した入庫ステーシヨン４に、天
井クレーン等によつて運んできた材料３を載せる
場合、材料３の側面をガイド部７に添わせて降ろ
し、次に、モートルシリンダー１０を駆動して移
動テーブル６をガイド部７の面と平行に移動させ
ることにより、材料３を所定の位置に容易に位置
合せを行なうことができ、２方向を同時に位置合
せする困難さを解消することができる。
〔発明の効果〕
本発明によれば、１人の作業者で入庫する材料
の位置を容易に合せることができるという効果が
ある。

第１図はスタツカークレーンを使用した立体倉
庫の平面図、第２，３図は本発明による入庫ステ
ーシヨンの正面図および側面図である。 ３…材料、５…固定ベース、６…移動テーブ
ル、７…ガイド部、８…ホイル、１０…モートル
シリンダー。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １ 固定ベースの奥側の上部に被搬送物をガイド
    するガイド部を設け、該ガイド部よりも下方であ
    つて固定ベース上に移動テーブルを設け、該移動
    テーブルの下部と固定ベースとの間に該移動テー
    ブルを水平方向であつて前記ガイド部によるガイ
    ド方向に対して平行方向に移動させるためのモー
    トルシリンダを設け、移動テーブルは裏面に設け
    たレールを介して固定ベースの上面のホイルに載
    置したこと、を特徴とする移動装置付入庫ステー
    シヨン。
