Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 基板上にＬＥＤアレイと、該ＬＥＤアレイ
を駆動するドライバＩＣと、入力パターンとを設
けて成るＬＥＤユニツトと、 前記ＬＥＤユニツトの入力パターンに接続され
る出力パターンを有し、該出力パターンより前記
ＬＥＤユニツトに発光情報信号と電源を供給する
回路基板と、 前記ＬＥＤアレイの発光情報をフオトプリンタ
の感光体上に結像させる集束性ロツドレンズアレ
イとを具えた光プリントヘツドの構造において、 上面に上方と前方に開口した凹部を形成した平
板状のマウントと、 該マウントの凹部に嵌着されるブロツクとを設
け、 前記ＬＥＤユニツトを前記マウントの凹部の底
面に取付けるとともに、前記集束性ロツドレンズ
アレイを前記凹部の正面内壁と相対向する側壁と
に密着させて取付け、 前記ブロツクの後端面を前記集束性ロツドレン
ズアレイに密着させた状態で、且つ前記ＬＥＤユ
ニツトの入力パターンに前記回路基板の出力パタ
ーンを圧接させる様に前記ブロツクを前記マウン
トの凹部に嵌着することにより、該凹部を密閉す
ることを特徴とする光プリントヘツドの構造。 (2) 前記マウントとブロツク、前記マウントと
集束性ロツドレンズアレイ、前記ブロツクと集束
性ロツドレンズアレイの夫々の接合部分をシーリ
ングしたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範
囲第１項記載の光プリントヘツドの構造。
