柱、１３ａ，１３ｂは電極、１７は接続用電極を
示す。
図はＴＭモード誘電体共振器を説明するための斜
視図、第３図は従来の誘電体共振器の断面図、第
４図は第１図実施例において外部との結合を高め
るように調整した場合の断面図、第５図は第４図
の構造の模式図、第６図は第４図に示した構造の
等価回路を示す。 図において、１１は導電ケース、１２は誘電体

両端に電気的かつ機械的に接続されている導電性
ケースとを備え、 前記誘電体柱の側面には、外部との結合をとる
ための接続用電極が形成されており、 前記導電性ケースには、前記接続用電極を外部
と電気的に接続するための孔が形成されているこ
とを特徴とするＴＭモード誘電体共振器。
