ネルＭＯＳトランジスタ、１０は抵抗、１１は電
源端子（第一電源）、１２はＧＮＤ端子（第二電
源）である。なお、図中、同一符号は同一、また
は相当部分を示す。

第２電源に接続し、入力端子に印加される信号と
同相の信号を出力する入力次段のトランジスタの
