- セラミツク基板上に、半導体チツプとコンデン
サ、あるいは抵抗等の部品を実装した混成集積回
路において、金属ワイヤーが接続された半導体チ
ツプを覆うようにセラミツク製のキヤツプをかぶ
せ接着剤によりそのキヤツプをセラミツク基板上
に接着して固定したことを特徴とする混成集積回
路。
