Claims (1)
- 第１の側に半導体ウエハのバルク部分で構成し
た一導電形ベース領域を設け、そのベース領域の
表面に反対導電形エミツタ領域を設け、前記第１
の側と反対側の第２の側に前記ベース領域と接す
るように反対導電形コレクタ領域を設け、このコ
レクタ領域の表面に少なくとも一対の一導電形コ
レクタ電極領域を設けたことを特徴とする磁気ト
ランジスタ。
