Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 半導体製造装置のステージ上に被処理材を固
定する装置において、各種サイズの被処理材に対
応可能にそれぞれの被処理材の一側縁部の２個所
を上方から押圧する２つのクランプ片をステージ
上に設け、該クランプ片によつて被処理材をステ
ージ上に押圧するようにしたことを特徴とする半
導体製造用ステージへの被処理材固定装置。 ２ 被処理材が４角の板であるとき、クランプ片
が被処理材の一辺に沿いかつその間隔が固定対象
被処理材の最小サイズの一辺の長さの７０％より
大きな寸法であることを特徴とする実用新案登録
請求の範囲第１項記載の半導体製造装置用ステー
ジへの被処理材固定装置。 ３ ステージ上面が、各種サイズの被処理材の縁
部の一部ないし全体に対応する部分を凸部として
残す凹部を有し、かつ該凸部の高さはサイズが小
さくなるにしたがつて順次わずかに低く形成され
ていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
第１または２項記載の半導体製造装置用ステージ
への被処理材固定装置。
