- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ロボツトの、往復微動し且つ移動して金属の凹
部内面を研磨するためのアームであつて、 該アームの先端に研磨工具取付部を着脱自在に
装着し、該研磨工具取付部を金属製本体プレート
に立設し、該金属製本体プレートの下面に、該本
体プレートよりはみ出た弾性板を添設するととも
に、該弾性板の下面に研磨布紙を接着剤により貼
着したことを特徴とするロボツト用研磨工具。
