面図である。 図中、１は主燃焼炉、２は灰溶融炉、３は炉体
、５及び１７は火床板、６は電気ヒータ、８は焼
却灰、９は空気ノズル、１０は溶湯、１２は大プ
ツシヤー、１３は小プツシヤー、１４はエンコー
ダ、１５はプツシヤーコントローラを示す。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 主燃焼炉から排出される焼却灰を火床上に
    移送させつつ、その焼却灰中の未燃焼炭素を燃焼
    させて溶融処理する灰溶融炉において、上記火床
    上に、これに沿つて移送されながら溶融処理され
    る焼却灰中に移送方向上流側から下流側に挿抜自
    在に設けられ、溶融処理される焼却灰と上記火床
    との間に焼却灰から生じる溶湯を上記移送方向に
    案内するための湯道を形成するプツシヤーを設け
    たことを特徴とする灰溶融炉。 (2) 上記プツシヤーが上記火床上に所定間隙を
    隔てて上記焼却灰中に湯道を形成するように挿抜
    自在に設けられたことを特徴とする実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第１項に記載の灰溶融炉。
