。 図中、１は主燃焼炉、２は灰溶融炉、３は炉体
、５は火床板、６は電気ヒータ、８は焼却灰、９
は空気ノズル、１０は溶湯、１２は大プツシヤー
、１３は小プツシヤー、５０は火床板本体、５１
は鍔部、５２は火床板の上面、５２ａは傾斜案内
面、５２ｂは谷部、５３はヒータ保護体、５４は
挿入穴を示す。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 主燃焼炉から排出される焼却灰に空気を供給し
    て焼却灰中の未燃焼炭素を燃焼させ、この燃焼発
    生熱を溶融熱源として焼却灰を溶融処理する灰溶
    融炉において、上記焼却灰を溶融しつつ排出方向
    へ移送する炉床を形成する火床板を設け、該火床
    板の上面は、これに沿つて移送されながら溶融処
    理される焼却灰から生じる溶湯を１箇所に集める
    傾斜案内面と、集めた溶湯を上記移送方向に流下
    させる谷部とにより、Ｖ字状に形成したことを特
    徴とする灰溶融炉。
