タ５のベース・エミツタ接合と前記電流設定用抵
抗６とに対して並列に接続された少なくとも２個
のＰＮ接合素子９，１０の直列回路と、 前記少なくとも２個のＰＮ接合素子の直列回路
に対して並列接続されたコンデンサ２３と、 前記トランジスタ５のベースとコレクタとの間
に接続された定電流ダイオード２４とから成る定
