- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ａ 電源入力から接地へ直列に接続された
第１、第２の抵抗素子、及び定電圧素子と、 ｂ 第１、第２の抵抗素子の中点にベースを接
続し、電源入力にコレクタを接続したＮＰＮトラ
ンジスタと、 ｃ ＮＰＮトランジスタのエミツタを入力とす
るレギユレータにより構成されることを特徴とす
る電源回路。 (2) ＮＰＮトランジスタをダーリントン接続し
た第１、第２のトランジスタに置換したことを特
徴とする請求項１記載の電源回路。
