Claims (1)
- 通電によりワークを吸着するマグネツトと、該
マグネツトを昇降させる昇降手段と、該昇降手段
を横行させる横行手段と、前記マグネツトに取付
けられワークの吸着時にマグネツトの吸着面とワ
ークとの間の距離が所定値になつた時に前記昇降
手段の下降を停止させる位置検出手段と、前記ワ
ークの離脱時にワークの吸着時のマグネツトの高
さに基づいて該マグネツトの昇降量を制御する昇
降量制御手段とを備えたリフテイングマグネツト
装置。
