Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 回転軸に歯車を設けてなる複数組のギヤサブア
    ツセンブリがその歯車を噛み合わせた状態で組付
    けられるケースを予め定めた位置に保持するケー
    ス割出し台と、前記複数組のギヤサブアツセンブ
    リを前記ケースに組付けるべき状態に歯車を噛み
    合わせて仮位置決めしかつ歯車の軸方向端面で係
    合させて各ギヤサブアツセンブリを保持する仮位
    置決め機構と、その仮位置決め機構を、該仮位置
    決め機構で保持したギヤサブアツセンブリの軸線
    が前記ケース割出し台で保持したケースにおける
    組付け位置の軸線に一致する位置に移動させるシ
    フト機構と、前記ケース割出し台で保持したケー
    スにおける組付け位置の軸線に一致させた各ギヤ
    サブアツセンブリをその軸線方向の端面にクラン
    プセンタ部材を突き当てて位置決めしかつクラン
    プするクランプ機構と、そのクランプ機構によつ
    て保持したギヤサブアツセンブリの軸線方向に前
    記ケース割出し台を移動させてケースと各ギヤサ
    ブアツセンブリとを組付けるケース移動機構とを
    具備していることを特徴とするギヤサブアツセン
    ブリの自動組付装置。
