- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 発熱素子から伝わる熱を放散するヒートシンク
と、前記ヒートシンク上に設けられた展性及び延
性に優れた金属部材と、前記金属部材上に設けら
れた、その表面に発熱素子を有するセラミツク基
板を備えたサーマルヘツドであつて、 前記セラミツク基板を、所定の型を用いて少な
くとも印画時に加えられる圧力以上の圧力でヒー
トシンクに対して押圧して形成したサーマルヘツ
ド。
