Claims (1)
- 基準発振信号を分周するリフアレンスデイバイ
ダと、電圧制御発振回路（ＶＣＯ）と、該ＶＣＯ
の発振出力を分周するプログラマブルデイバイダ
と、前記リフアレンスデイバイダの出力と前記プ
ログラマブルデイバイダの出力が印加され、各々
の出力の位相差を比較する位相比較回路と、該位
相比較回路の出力に接続されたチヤージポンプ回
路と、該チヤージポンプ回路の出力に第１の抵抗
を介して接続され、該第１の抵抗と並列接続され
た第２の抵抗とスイツチ手段の直列回路を有し、
前記ＶＣＯを制御する電圧を発生するローパスフ
イルタ（ＬＰＦ）と、前記位相比較回路の出力を
入力し、該入力のパルス幅が所定以上であること
を検出するパルス幅弁別回路と、該パルス幅弁別
回路の検出出力で動作し、所定幅のパルスを発生
するパルス伸長回路とを備え、該パルス伸長回路
の出力で前記スイツチ手段を制御することを特徴
とするＰＬＬ回路。
