Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 基準発振信号を分周するリフアレンスデイバイ
    ダと、電圧制御発振回路（ＶＣＯ）と、該ＶＣＯ
    の発振出力を分周するプログラマブルデイバイダ
    と、前記リフアレンスデイバイダの出力と前記プ
    ログラマブルデイバイダの出力が印加され、各々
    の出力の位相差を比較する位相比較回路と、該位
    相比較回路の出力に接続された第１及び第２のチ
    ヤージポンプ回路と、該第１のチヤージポンプ回
    路の出力に接続された第１の抵抗素子と前記第２
    のチヤージポンプ回路の出力に接続された第２の
    抵抗素子を有し、前記ＶＣＯの制御電圧を発生す
    るローパスフイルタ（ＬＰＦ）と、前記位相比較
    回路の出力を入力し、該入力のパルス幅が所定以
    上であることを検出するパルス幅弁別回路と、該
    パルス幅弁別回路の検出出力で動作し、所定幅の
    パルスを発生するパルス伸長回路とを備え、該パ
    ルス伸長回路の出力で前記第２のチヤージポンプ
    回路の動作を制御することを特徴とするＰＬＬ回
    路。
