Claims (1)
- 長さの等しい複数本のリンクと、表面にフリン
ジスキヤニング用のミラーを備えて前記リンクの
各一端により枢着支持された移動台と、前記リン
クの各他端の回転軸の可動方向を前記ミラー面に
平行な方向に規制し前記移動台の移動方向を前記
ミラー面に直交する方向に規制する長孔を形成し
た不動部材と、これらの回転軸を同一量だけ変位
駆動させる駆動手段とからなることを特徴とする
フリンジスキヤニング装置。
