Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ ステンレス鋼製のシリンダ１とこのシリンダ
１内を往復移動するピストン２を具備し、ピスト
ン２の外周面にシールリング３，４を装着し、ヘ
リウムガスを冷媒として使用している極低温冷凍
機において、 少なくともシールリング３，４の移動範囲と対
応するシリンダ１の内面に、表面硬化処理と低温
潤滑処理とを施してなるアルミニウム合金製ライ
ナ２３，２４を装着し、シールリング３，４がラ
イナ２３，２４の内周面を往復摺動するように構
成したことを特徴とするガスサイクル冷凍機。 ２ 表面硬化処理が陽極酸化処理であり、低温潤
滑処理が陽極酸化処理により形成された多孔質酸
化皮膜内にフツ素樹脂を充填させる処理である実
用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の極低温冷凍
機。
