ーブ、１２は第２のチユーブである。なお、図中
、同一符号は同一または相当部分を示す。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ジユールトムソン効果を利用し、赤外検知素子
    を極低温に冷却する赤外検知素子用冷却装置にお
    いて、高圧ボンベと、上記高圧ボンベ内を第１の
    冷媒ガス室と第２の冷媒ガス室に分割する弾性体
    と、第１の冷媒ガス室に接続されている第１のチ
    ユーブと、第２の冷媒ガス室に接続され、上記第
    １のチユーブより内径の大きい第２のチユーブと
    第１のチユーブと第２のチユーブを合体する第３
    のチユーブと、上記第３のチユーブに接続されて
    いるジユールトムソン弁付冷却器とによつて構成
    されていることを特徴とする赤外検知素子用冷却
    装置。
