- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 上方側の開口部およびこの開口部に連続し
て開口されている前面側の開口部を有する皮剥室
と、前記上方側の開口部を開閉する自動開閉蓋と
を備え、前記皮剥室に収容された野菜に空気圧が
吹きあてられているときに、前記上方側の開口部
が前記自動開閉蓋によつて自動的に閉じられてい
ることを特徴とする野菜の皮剥装置。 (2) 前記自動開閉蓋が透視可能に形成されてい
