Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 長ネギの白根部にその長手方向に沿つて流体を
    吹き付けて長ネギの皮を剥く左右一対のノズルと
    、該ノズルが取付けられ且つ上記長ネギ白根部を
    載置するテーブルと、載置した長ネギを検出する
    検出器と、該ノズル部及び該ノズルからの流体通
    路を覆う防音カバーからなる長ネギの皮剥き機に
    おいて、防音カバーの少なくともノズル側上面を
    、この上面の長手方向中央部に設けた支点の回り
    に開閉自在に設けてなり、検出器が長ネギを検出
    した後に上記ノズル側上面を上記支点の回りに回
    転してノズル部及び流体通路を防音カバーで覆い
    、しかる後に長ネギ白根部に流体を吹き付けるこ
    とを特徴とする防音カバー付長ネギの皮剥き機。
