Claims (1)
- ネギ等の野菜類を作業台の一端部に設けた流体
噴出ノズルの前方の作業台上に置き、該ノズルか
ら野菜類に流体を吹き付けて表皮その他の不要物
を取り除くネギ等の皮剥き機において、該ノズル
部及びノズル前方の野菜類を置く作業台部を、吸
音材からなり且つ横方向の中央部で左右に分割さ
れ、それぞれ下端の外縁部を作業台に螺着した分
割カバーからなる防音カバーで横方向に覆つてな
り、野菜類を作業台上に置く際に、及び皮剥き後
取り出す際にはそれぞれの分割カバーを蝶着部を
中心に外側に回転することによりノズル部及びノ
ズル前方の野菜類を置く作業台部の上方の防音カ
バーを開口し、流体吹き付け作業中はそれぞれ分
割カバーを逆回転することによりノズル部等の上
方の開口を閉ざすことを特徴とする防音カバーを
有するネギの皮剥き機。
