Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 少なくとも一方が皿状に形成された細長い
一対の金属プレート１，２の周縁を液密にろう付
けして内部に偏平な流路を形成すると共に、その
長手方向両端に連通孔３を形成してエレメント４
を構成し、複数の前記エレメント４，４を前記連
通孔３で互いに液密に連通すると共に、隣接する
エレメント４，４の外面間にアウターフイン５を
位置させた積層型熱交換器において、少なくとも
一方の前記プレート１に夫々互いに独立して同一
深さの浅い皿状で夫々該プレート１の長手方向に
一体的に形成した第１偏平流路６及び第２偏平流
路７と、両偏平流路６，７の両端に夫々更に深く
且つ、プレート周縁からの深さが同一となるよう
に凹陥すると共に、その底に前記連通孔３が穿設
されたマニホールド部８と、を具備し前記両流路
６，７に夫々異なる熱交換媒体が流通するように
構成した積層型熱交換器。 (2) 前記両偏平流路６，７の外面に共通のコル
ゲート型の前記アウターフイン５がろう付けされ
