図である。 １……出力回転軸、４……ピニオン駆動軸、７
……スリーブメタル、９ａ……大径部、１０……
段部、１１ａ……空間部、１２……ストツパ、１
７……出力回転軸とスリーブメタルとの間隙、１
８……ストツパと大径部との間隙。なお、図中同
一符号は同一または相当部分を示す。
ピニオンストツパ装置を示す断面図、第２図は従
来のスタータのピニオンストツパ装置を示す断面
図である。 １……出力回転軸、４……ピニオン駆動軸、７
……スリーブメタル、９ａ……大径部、１０……
段部、１１ａ……空間部、１２……ストツパ、１
７……出力回転軸とスリーブメタルとの間隙、１
８……ストツパと大径部との間隙。なお、図中同

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 電動機によつて駆動される出力回転軸の外
側に嵌挿され、該出力回転軸の軸方向に摺動する
ピニオン駆動軸、このピニオン駆動軸と前記出力
回転軸との間に配設されたスリーブメタル、前記
ピニオン駆動軸の内周にその先端より所定長さ形
成され、前記出力回転軸との間に空間部を形成す
る大径部、前記出力回転軸先端部に設けられ、前
記ピニオン駆動軸の前方への移動時に前記大径部
終端の段部に当接して該ピニオン駆動軸の前方へ
の移動を制限するストツパを備えたスタータのピ
ニオンストツパ装置において、前記ストツパと前
記大径部との間隙を前記出力回転軸と前記スリー
ブメタルとの間隙より大きくしたことを特徴とす
るスタータのピニオンストツパ装置。 (2) 出力回転軸とスリーブメタルとの間隙を３
０〜１５０μとし、これに対してストツパと大径
部との間隙を１３０〜８００μとしたことを特徴
とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のスタ
ータのピニオンストツパ装置。
