Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 真空チヤンバ中でゲツタ材を加熱蒸発させ
て冷却シユラウド壁面にゲツタ面を形成し、該ゲ
ツタ面のゲツタ作用により気体を吸着排気させる
真空排気装置において、前記ゲツタ面を形成させ
る冷却シユラウド壁面を断面波形の凹凸形状に形
成したことを特徴とする真空排気装置。 (2) 前記冷却シユラウド壁面は、前記ゲツタ材
を加熱蒸発させるヒータの外周を囲繞する円筒状
冷却シユラウドの内周壁面であることを特徴とす
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の真空排気
装置。 (3) 前記冷却シユラウド壁面は、前記ゲツタ材
を加熱蒸発させるヒータに対向する平板状冷却シ
ユラウドの対向壁面であることを特徴とする実用
新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の真空排気装置。 (4) 前記ゲツタ材はチタンであることを特徴と
する実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項乃至第３項の
いずれかに記載の真空排気装置。
