もつ液体を収納する液槽を設置するとともに、前
記液体を気化するために加熱する加熱源を備え、
また前記液槽の外周壁を、内壁と外壁との二重壁
とし、両壁間を真空層とし、前記真空層を、前記
荷電変換室または前記加速管に連通させてなる タンデム加速装置。
