Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 水分、炭酸ガス等を除去し、熱交換器２で
冷却された原料空気を窒素精留塔４下部に導入し
、液化精留して塔頂に窒素を、下部に液体空気を
それぞれ分離し、前記分離窒素の一部を製品ガス
として採取するとともに、残部を前記液体空気と
熱交換して液化し、還流液とする高純度窒素製造
装置において、前記窒素精留塔４塔頂部からの窒
素ガスを塔底部からの液体空気を膨張させたもの
との熱交換により液化して前記塔頂部へ戻すため
の窒素凝縮器６と、熱交換器２で冷却された原料
空気の少くとも一部を前記窒素精留塔４の前記液
体窒素戻り部より下方からの高純度液体窒素を膨
張させたものとの熱交換により少くとも一部を液
化して前記窒素精留塔４の下部へ供給するための
副凝縮器１８とを設けたことを特徴とする高純度
窒素製造装置。 (2) 前記窒素凝縮器６がパージ管路７を具備す
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載の高純度
窒素製造装置。 (3) 前記窒素凝縮器６に気液セパレーター２６
を併設した実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載
の高純度窒素製造装置。
