はパツケージ、４ａ，４ｂ，４ｃ，４ｄは端子、
５ｂ，５ｃ，５ｄはガラス、６ａ，６ｂ，６ｃ，
６ｄはピン、７はフレキシブル基板、８ａ，８ｂ
はハンダである。尚、図中同一符号は同一又は相
当部分を示す。
モジユールの概略形状を示す斜視図、第２図は、
従来の発光素子モジユールの概略形状を示す斜視
図である。 図において、１は発光素子、２はマウント、３
はパツケージ、４ａ，４ｂ，４ｃ，４ｄは端子、

Claims (1)
- パツケージと、前記パツケージ上に接合された
マウントと、前記マウント上に接合された光半導
体素子とを備えた光半導体モジユールにおいて、
上記光半導体素子の端子側及び上記パツケージの
内側底面に前記光半導体素子の端子及び上記パツ
ケージのピンを挿入接続するスルーホール及び配
線用パターンを有するフレキシブル基板を配置し
たことを特徴とする光半導体モジユール。
