Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １〜４本のスチールフイラメントから成る中心
    基本構造と、この中心基本構造のまわりに配列し
    た多数本のスチールフイラメントからなる少なく
    とも一の同軸層とを、同一方向、同一ピツチで撚
    合わせたコンパクト撚り構造スチールコードにお
    いて、 中心基本構造が同一径のスチールフイラメント
    で形成されているとともに、同軸層内の少なくと
    も１本のスチールフイラメントの外径ｄｓが中心
    基本構造のスチールフイラメントの外径ｄｃより
    も小さく、ｄｓ／ｄｃ比が１．０３〜１．２５の
    範囲内であり、また中心基本構造および同軸層の
    スチールフイラメントの直径が０．１７〜０．２
    ５mmの範囲内で抗張力が３１０ｇｆ／mm２以上で
    あり、かつ該スチールフイラメントの金属組織が
    セメンタイトラメラー間隔の平均値３００〜５０
    ０Åの範囲内のパーライト組織をなし、しかもパ
    ーライト結晶粒自体の一個のフイラメント断面に
    おける平均断面積は２０μm2以下の微細構造であ
    り、更に中心基本構造および同軸層の撚り方向と
    は逆方向にスパイラルフイラメントが同軸層のま
    わりに巻回されていることを特徴とするタイヤ補
    強用スチールコード。
