    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. スタテイツクメモリセルと、前記メモリセルに
    接続されたビツト線対、前記ビツト線対に接続さ
    れた負荷トランジスタと、コラムトランスフアゲ
    ートを介して前記ビツト線対に接続されたＩ／Ｏ
    バスを備えたスタテイツク型半導体メモリにおい
    て、前記ビツト線対に前記ビツト線対の電位に応
    じて駆動能力を可変とする可変駆動用ＭＯＳトラ
    ンジスタと前記ビツト線対の電荷放出用ＭＯＳト
    ランジスタを直列に接続することを特徴とするス
    タテイツク型半導体メモリ。
