Claims (1)
- 流体圧作用部への取付部、凹部、及び上記流体
圧作用部と凹部を連通させる入口ポートを備えた
筐体と、上記凹部に設置した、常時は電気絶縁性
で圧縮により導電性に変る導電性材料と、その両
側の可撓性シート及び導電性材料に当接する一対
の電極を有する基板とよりなり、上記可撓性ゴム
と基板の間に、上記導電性材料を凹部に対して気
密に固定したことを特徴とする流体圧確認センサ
。
