Claims (1)
- 洗浄液が収容される複数の洗浄槽と、これらの
洗浄槽内に出入され複数の被処理物が搭載された
ボートと、前記洗浄槽の底部に配置された超音波
振動子と、前記ボートを上下しながら水平に前記
洗浄槽間を移動する駆動機構とを具備することを
特徴とする洗浄装置。
