Claims (1)
- 超音波振動子とその下部に接続された超音波放
射体とからなる投込み式超音波振動体の超音波放
射体を洗浄液を満たした洗浄槽中に位置させ、こ
の洗浄槽中に浸漬せしめた被洗浄物を超音波洗浄
させる超音波洗浄装置において、超音波放射体の
下面を円弧状に形成せしめたことを特徴とする超
音波洗浄装置。
