Claims (1)
- 複数の増幅器出力を合成する高周波電力増幅器
において、各増幅器出力間に発光素子を接続し発
光素子に対応する受光素子を設け受光素子の出力
により前記増幅器の前段の増幅器の増幅度を減少
又は増幅動作停止にするとともに受光素子の出力
を表示するようにしたことを特徴とする増幅器保
護回路。
