Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 透明基板上に受光素子列を設け、さらに透
明接着剤層、薄板ガラス、透明耐摩耗膜を順次積
層して構成された密着型等倍センサにおいて、前
記透明耐摩耗膜にスリツトを設けたことを特徴と
する密着型等倍センサ。 (2) 前記透明密着剤層、薄板ガラス、透明耐摩
耗膜の厚さをそれぞれ１０μｍ、５０μｍ、２μ
ｍ以下としたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求
の範囲第(1)項記載の密着型等倍センサ。
