Claims (1)
- 透明絶縁基板、その上に設けられた採光窓を有
する遮光層、さらにその上に設けられた受光素子
よりなる等倍イメージセンサおよび前記等倍イメ
ージセンサを保持する支持部材よりなる画像読取
装置において、前記透明絶縁基板の副走査方向の
巾がその厚みより小さく、前記支持部材には前記
透明絶縁基板の側面より採光できるようにスリツ
トが形成されていることを特徴とする画像読取装
置。
