- 圧電性基板上に電気・表面波変換またはその逆
変換を行なう電極を形成した弾性表面波素子に於
いて、前記電極をその中央部の厚みが表面波伝播
方向の両端部よりも小さくなるよう多層エツチン
グにより形成するようにしたことを特徴とする弾
性表面波素子。
