で取り付けた図。 １……コイル、２……磁極、３……フランジ、
４……真空シール用非磁性板、５……非磁性スペ
ーサ、６……ピン、７……磁極、真空シール用非
磁性板を含む真空室。

Claims (1)
- 鉄芯・磁極・コイル・真空箱を具備し、上下磁
極面が真空箱の一部を構成する構造のビーム用電
磁石において、コイル間隙内で真空箱を兼ねる上
下磁極面を構成する磁極部を、平行またはテーパ
ー状の結合面として分離し、取り外し、取り付け
可能な構造とした事を特徴とする電磁石装置。
