軸受面、２０は軸、２１は凸形面、２２は動圧発
生用みぞ、２６は動翼である。

Claims (1)
- ハウジングの内部に配設したたて形の軸の下端
部が動圧形流体軸受を介してハウジングに支持さ
れ、軸に取り付けた動翼と、ハウジングに取り付
けた静翼とがいずれも多段に配列されてなるター
ボ分子ポンプにおいて、前記ハウジングには静翼
の軸方向下側に吸気口が、ハウジングには静翼の
軸方向上側に排気口がそれぞれ設けられ、動翼の
下側の気体が吸気側に通じ、動翼の上側の気体が
排気側に通じていることを特徴とするターボ分子
ポンプ。
