- 吸気口と排気口を有するケーシングとそのケー
シング内に固定された半割れステータと、前記ケ
ーシング内に回転自在に支持された片持軸形のロ
ータから成り、前記吸気口から吸込まれた気体を
前記排気口から直接大気に排気することのできる
多段型ドライ真空ポンプにおいて、駆動軸の軸受
室と排気口に近いポンプ作動室の間の軸貫通部に
外部から気体を供給するように構成したことを特
徴とする真空ポンプ。
