Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 被測定物に固着したパツドと、熱電対の先端
部に固定した固定金具と、前記パツドと前記固定
金具とが着脱自在に密着可能な嵌合手段を有する
ことを特徴とする固体表面の温度測定装置。 ２ 前記嵌合手段は、Ｕ字型断面部分を有する前
記固定金具と、トンネル状に形成された前記パツ
ドと、前記固定金具が前記パツド内に止まり勝手
に嵌合する寸法を備え、前記固定金具のＵ字状断
面部分を塑性変形させて密着固定するものである
ことを特徴とする実用新案登録第１項記載の温度
測定装置。
