    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 熱電対、測温抵抗体、サーミスタ、半導体温度
    センサおるいは流体式温度センサなどの温度検出
    端のシースをパイプ表面に配置し、帯状金属薄板
    製のバンドを前記シースとパイプとに掛け回しバ
    ンド両端部をネジ締めすることによりシースをパ
    イプに固定し、シースとバンドとの接触部をスポ
    ツト溶接し、前記温度検出端のシースおよびバン
    ドを断熱材で覆わせてなるパイプ内流体用温度計
    。
