Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 絶縁性基板の面上に形成された厚膜印刷によ
る可動電極板と所定の空隙をおいて固定電極を設
け、前記固定電極板の可動電極板側の面のほぼ中
央に突起を設けてなる静電容量式荷重センサー。 ２ 可動電極を厚膜印刷により、構成し固定電極
は金属板とした実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記
載の静電容量式荷重センサー。
