- 半導体レーザへの供給電流に重畳する高周波が
発振される発振器が設けられている半導体レーザ
の駆動回路において、前記発振器から発振される
高周波がトランスを介して半導体レーザの電流供
給部に重畳されていることを特徴とする半導体レ
ーザの駆動回路。
