に折曲げ接着して、長さ方向両端部にダクト接続
用の凹凸嵌合部を有するダクト本体を構成し、こ
のダクト本体の外周にガラスクロスとアルミニウ
ム薄膜の複合シート材よりなる外装材を被覆接着
させた空調・換気用ダクト。 (2) 硬質発泡ボード体は、無機質粉末に有機溶
剤を加えて湿潤させて湿潤粉末Aとし、別に塩化
ビニール樹脂粉末と無機質繊維剤を混合した混合
物をBとし、前記湿潤粉末Aと混合物Bを混合し
、このものに有機溶剤と液化ブタンを加えて混合
したゾル状物を常法により発泡成形して得られた
もので、この硬質発泡ボード体に該ボード体を所
定断面寸法のボツクス形状に折曲げられるように
するためのV形溝を形成し、且つ前記ボード体の
長さ方向両端部にダクト接続用の凹凸嵌合部を形
成するための一端内面側の段状切欠部及び他端外
面側の段状切欠部を設けると共に、前記ボード体
の一側辺にボツクス閉鎖接合面を形成するための
内面側の段状切欠部を設けて、前記V形溝のカツ
ト面及びボード一側辺の段状切欠面に接着剤を塗
布し、このボード体をボツクス形状に折曲げて接
着することにより、所望断面寸法のダクト本体を
構成したことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範
