を形成するためのレーザＣＶＤ装置において、 前記レーザ光を反射して、該レーザ光のビーム
断面形状を前記基体に対する水平方向長さが垂直
方向長さより長いものとするための、少なくとも
２枚の反射板を備え、 該反射板で反射されたレーザ光を、前記基体に
平行に入射するようになつていることを特徴とす
るレーザＣＶＤ装置。
