第１図は、本考案の一実施例を示すものであつ
て、第１図イはチヤツク上面から見た説明図、第
１図ロは側面から見た断面説明図である。第２図
は回転塗布方法により基板上面にレジスト膜を形
成した場合の状態を示す断面説明図である。第３
図は、従来のコンタクトアライナー用チヤツクの
上面に、レジスト膜を形成した基板を吸着させて
保持した後、該基板上面にマスクを密着させた状
態を示す断面説明図であり、第４図は、本考案に
よるコンタクトアライナー用チヤツクを用いた場
合の、前記状態を示す断面説明図である。又第５
図は、本考案の他の実施例を示す断面説明図であ

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) レジスト膜を形成した基板に露光パターン
    を設けるにあたり、該基板を吸着して保持させる
    コンタクトアライナー用チヤツクにおいて、該チ
    ヤツクの上面周辺部が主平面と比較して下降した
    面をもつ事を特徴とするコンタクトアライナー用
    チヤツク。 (2) 下降した面が外周方向に向かつて下降する
    傾斜面である実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載
    のコンタクトアライナー用チヤツク。 (3) 下降した面が主平面と比較して下降した段
    差面である実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
    コンタクトアライナー用チヤツク。
