Claims (1)
- 基台上に設置された試料に先端を接触させる検
出棒と、上記検出棒に所望の荷重を加える荷重負
荷器と、上記試料の温度を変化させる温度制御器
と、上記温度変化による検出棒の軸方向移動距離
を検出する変位検出器とを具備し、かつ検出棒を
その軸方向へ移動し得るように保持した補助基台
と、この補助基台を前記検出棒の軸方向へ移動さ
せるモータと、前記検出棒を移動させてその先端
が基台面または基台上の試料に接触あるいは離隔
したとき開閉するように上記検出棒と前記補助基
台とに取り付けた１対の電気接点と、上記検出棒
が基台面または試料面から離隔あるいは接触して
接点が開放または接触したとき前記モータを停止
させる回路と、上記２種の停止位置の差をモータ
の回転数に基づいて検出する回路とを設けた熱機
械分析装置。
