Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. デイスプレイ装置の画面に映し出された道路地
    図上に、車両の推定現在地を表示することにより
    、航行案内とする車載用航法装置であつて、道路
    地図をデイスプレイ装置の表示枠の大きさを単位
    に分割して得た複数の地図ブロツクのうち、車両
    の推定現在地を示す地図ブロツクとこれを囲む数
    ブロツク分の地図データを記憶することのできる
    バツフアメモリと、上記表示枠を相似的に拡大し
    た拡大枠を想定し、車両の推定現在地の移動とと
    もに、一部でも拡大枠に含まれるに至つた地図ブ
    ロツクを、前記バツフアメモリに書き込み、表示
    枠内に表示される地図データの更新に備えさせる
    周辺地図更新手段と、前記拡大枠の大きさを、車
    両の走行速度と地図の縮尺に応じて可変し、ほぼ
    一様な更新頻度を得る更新頻度安定化手段を設け
    てなる車載用航法装置。
